AVID VAPOR... Excellent service with a billing issue

This is a simple story... but when I get the opportunity to interact with smart people, I feel compelled to share that experience. So...

Ordered some spacer magnets... nothing special - $13.
(Actually, something special because very few vape shops carry them)
Debit card didn't go through. Ran it again... still no love.

Looked at my bank account on line. 2 pending charges... :blink:

Used Avid Vapors ticket system to contact them. In less than 20 minutes, got a reply from Jessica explaining an address issue that there billing system won't overlook. And that the charges showing on my account would drop off in 24 hrs.

Ah ha... I just moved! Some billing systems don't care what the address is... and some do. First time one declined my card because of the address. When you think about it... high security is not a bad thing.

Now... here's the really good part. In that initial contact, Jessica offered to manually run the transaction for me.

Within 10 minutes, by e-mail I received an order confirmation number and... checking my bank "vaping account", I find that the first 2 charges had been removed, with only the single processed one showing.
Less than an hour from issue to adjustment to happy customer. Thanks Jessica and thanks Avid for having such sharp employees. ;-)
