AVSv3/UFS clear window Threads stripped! Any Thoughts.

Well I did it again broke something new. I stripped the threads on my AVSv3/UFS clear window . I would like to replace it with the stainless steel version, of course there out of stock. On COV it says USA ONLY so I can't order from there "Any thoughts".

I'm curious how did you manage to do that?

I put mine in my pocket, then squatted to do something. The next moment my UFS was in pieces, the threads stripped right off in an instant. It was very nice to look at but not sturdy enough for my lifestyle.
I've gone back to my AVSv3 which is working very well on the 2011 collector cup.
My SS Center spacer will be in this week some time. The clear windows aren't available, the SS center costs plenty. Im planning to use my UFS daily, and be active the SS should be tougher.
