While some say the Pila is the best, a lot of people I know who have both the pila and the nitecore say the nitecore is the better charger.

Not only is it half the price, but the 4 bays are independent of each other, it has all of the safety features of the pila, but has 4 bays instead of 2.

And yes it does work with 18350s

It looks like it ships with a car charger as well! So, this one will charge 18350's without an adapter?

I use XTAR's 6 bay and 2 bay.

PS: If you're planning to stack 2x18350, mark them with sharpies and use the same 2 cells together (same discharge cycle/same age). That's what I've been told at least. :)

:thumb: Thanks for posting that. Looking to get VAMO too and studying up on how to operate stacked batteries safely. Yep, as I understand it, we need to keep batteries that we want to use stacked in our mods together...always. Used together and charged togerther like a "mated pair" I've seen used to describe it. Good luck.

^^^^^^^^ I'd buy the NiteCore, I don't even think the Pila even compares but if paying more makes a person feel like they're getting something better, then for only $99.99, I've got some special edition used gym sneakers for sale with a one of a kind funk.... :p
