A while back I purchased a VAMO V3 (and, so far, I love it) along with an Efest IMR 18650 3.7V battery and a couple Efest IMR 18350 3.7V batteries and a TrustFire TR-001 Multifunctional Charger. The charger is compatible with both 18350 and 18650 IMR batteries (and several other sizes) and the whole thing came as a bundle from the website I purchased it from so I didn't think there would be any compatibility issues, and so far there hasn't been any. However, I noticed the other day that the charger has 2 charging settings on it - one for 3.6V and one for 3.0V, I use the 3.6V setting - but the batteries I use are both 3.7V. This may be a dumb question but, since I don't know much about electricity and the way rechargeable batteries work, I'm going to ask it anyway: will the difference in battery voltage and the charger output voltage cause any problems, immediate or long-term? Any knowledgeable feedback will be much appreciated. Thank you.
