Welcome to ecf radar. I joined last month and its really been an experience with all the help from the members. I bought an eGo July 5th, 10:00 AM and havnt had a ciggy since. I'm proud of that and with out the help of the members here I would not have made it this far having smoked 2 1/2 packs per day. Good luck to you and again, welcome to ecf!

Hi there radar. Yea, this forum is huge, too huge. I actually lurked here for a year before I started participating, but more accurately, I was hanging out on a smaller e-cig forum. Then I got discouarged with that one so I came over here. Though, I'm starting to get a feel for it. There's no way I can review all the new posts so I just pick a few of my favorite sub-forums to hang out in.

Welcome, radar.

I've been vaping for almost a year (somwhere in mid-August of 2010) but, while I registered many months ago, have not posted here.

This site has been instrumtental in my "conversion" to vaping.

I am a little miffed that I must post a certain number of posts (what is it -- five posts?) in the kindergarten section of this site before I can post anywhere else on this site. Let me just say that this was not encouraging -- but despite that, I have not had an analog since sometime mid-August of last year.

What is telling is that I do not know the actual date on which I had my last analog! Yay! I think I have made the transition successfully.

I do miss true flavors of tobacco (although some manufacturers come close) and my purpose in revisiting this site is to find reviews of true tobacco flavors...

Take the dive, radar. It is worth it (even though I am still seeking that elusive true tobacco flavor). And many people are completely satisfied with fruit, spice, coffee, chocolate, etc. flavors -- you may be one of them!

I'm new as well! Just signed up today :) I also bought my very first e-cig today and I am LOVING IT! I just quit smoking after 3 years for 3 reasons: People hated the smell, I stay in places that are inconvenient for smoking about 95% of the time making cigarettes difficult, and I was spending wayyy too much money on them. These e-cigarettes are cool-looking, convenient, and solve all of these problems for me; however, I still want to learn a lot about them because they interest me greatly. So, I began browsing the web and came across this forum. So far it has been very helpful. I'd like the chance to talk to some people who are kool enough to smoke e-cigs like myself since there aren't many "kool" people where I live. ;P
