haha cheers, the iClear 30 makes no difference to me, I'll try it out but that'll be it.
Looking for some good juice vendors myself. Not many brick and mortar places to buy from where I am and not keen on the old £5 for 10ml either. I'm thinking there must be cheaper options available.
Welcome OldBoyLeviathan.
There are lots of options for less expensive liquid. Firstly, unless you've found something really good, £5 isn't great. Now, I accept there are some liquids out there for £8 for 15ml (some nice ones) but these are mostly niche products where the makers are vaping enthusiasts and are not going to make huge amounts of profit vs. the time involved.
The "big boys" in the market are absolutely raking it in. One company makes 10ml for 38p and charges £5.99.
How much is coffee these days? (a jar...) £3 or something - nobody is going to walk into Tesco and pay £7 for a jar of instant, not unless it's very, very special.
So, where to start?
ecigwizard do a range "wizmix" which is £3.85 and there are some good 'uns in there.
LT e-cigs do about 60 flavours at £2.40
hangsen and dekang can be bought for £1.50 from one vendor, but it's only what's available. I tend to buy them for £2.50 from Myepack (Dekang) or £3.75 from dozens of vendors.
Joose Juice and Darkstar are doing £1.50 bottles, but I don't use either. I had one lot of Joose Juice and only liked 1 out of 5.
Liqua e-liquid is widely available but is cheap chinese sold too expensive i.m.o. GoRitchie charge £4.99 from their online store and it's daylight robbery. You can buy 30ml for £7.99 easily.
Prices will drop as more people vape. What happens in 2016 is anyone's guess, but by then I really hope to see the back of £4.99 liquid, especially if it's bog standard Chinese liquid.
iBreathe made a big play about their liquid being "UK made" but I ran a check on the boxes, and it's Chinese. NOW, they've recently joined the trade association in the UK and have a) changed the recipes and b) will have had to re-think some of their claims or actually make it here.
Again, if you go direct, they'll charge you £4.95 direct, but you can get these 3 for £10 on almost every street corner these days.
If you vape loads, it makes a huge difference. I don't vape much, so it's less of a worry. If you vape all the time and get through 5ml a day, then it makes sense to mix your own.
The liquids on LT e-cigs are mostly available to buy in the flavour concentrates... so find one you like, and make it for under £1.
If I think of anything else, I'll come back. Importantly, tell people who are handing over £6.99 at their local store they don't have to.
It costs £3,000 a year to vape 2ml a day in an E-Lites. It costs somebody who knows where to shop and has a refillable e-cig about £175 for the same amount of liquid. That's where the real rip-off is.
...and yet everybody (general public) seems to vape the plastic sticks... and complain about the cravings and the lack of satisfaction.
Good luck.
Cheers for the reply. A lot of helpful info there matey. Much appreciated
I've been Vaping and off the cigs now for about a 5 weeks so don't know a huge amount about it all yet, but I'm getting there. Slow n steady and all that![]()
No probs. and Well done!!!
There is an almost foolproof method... but ready-made plain (diluted) nicotine liquid and add your flavour!! That's it..
LT sell ready to go stuff. Not too much more and way easier than buying 3 separate bottles of PG/VG/Base
