Just wanted to post a review of Mike and his customer service. Purchased a number of products incl. a rn 4081 battery and atomizer. Unfortunately the tip cover on the battery fell off soon after I started using it and then I lost it. The battery then didnt work correctly. Then about a week later the atomizer died on me while I was using it. This was all within two weeks of receiving my purchase. So I emailed AZ Smokefree's customer service and requested a return number to send back the two items. I did let them know I wasnt too happy that the two more expensive products in my order were the two things that "died." I didnt see the email from Mike until this afternoon, but apparently it was sent only a couple of hours after I sent mine. I was shocked that he said he would ship out replacements for me the next day and that not to send back the items unless he needed them, which he would let me know. I am extremely impressed! I was definitely willing to send back defective parts (cant say I like it but I will do it lol). Thanks to Mike and his stellar customer service, I will be receiving replacements shortly and I for one am a very happy customer. Looking to do business with AZ Smokefree and Mike again soon!:vapor:
