I ordered an XL3 full and mini VV kit on 4/9, and received it on 4/11. Within a couple of hours of use, the connector went out. The button would light up and I could cycle through the different voltages, but none of my cartos would fire. I contacted Eric via the website, fairly late in the day, explaining the problem and in less than an hour I received an email from Eric. He told me to send back the defective switch/connector, and that he would send me a new one as well as credit my account for the return shipping. I received the replacement on 4/14, and so far have not had any problems with it. Now, that's how customer service is supposed to be!! I could not be happier with the service I have received, and will be doing business with them again. With great prices, and awesome customer service, you can't go wrong.
