For a $100 budget, the playing field is HUGE. I have had great success with both Innokin products and the Joyetech eVic.

I would suggest you look into the eVic, at around $80-$100 depending on where you get it. My eVic has been my goto workhorse since I got it, and it has NEVER let me down.

If you want to keep costs lower then the iTaste VV v3 is awesome, but it is a smaller battery, only 800mah, although you can likely get 3-4 of them at the $100 budget to make up for the smaller battery life. I also really like my Sigelei Legend, it is SOLID in my hand and feels like it will take a beating. The downside to the Legend is the fact that you have to shake it to get into the menu system, if anything is going to fail I suspect it will be this "gravity" sensing menu system. You could also look at the Sigelei Zmax (but stay away from the Smok Zmax), either v3 or v5 would probably serve you well.

If you don't mind a box mod, then the iTaste MVP or the VTR are both exceptional as well.

As always ... YMMV!

Ok - so for under $100 you can go with more spinners or Itaste VV V3 if you want to keep the batteries internal and not have a box. For a tube mod with removable batteries - you could do a lot- Innokin Coolfire, Vamo V5, SID, ZMax - there really are a lot of options. Have you poked around at any yet? Anything grabbing your eye?

I've had a vamo v5 for 2 weeks. I bought a kit setup that came with two 18650 panasonic batteries(2200 mah), and a double slot charger... Got it for $84 with shipping. I spent another $2 on a airflow controller to keep from worrying about the brass thread issues. It's big, but got good reviews from PBusardo on utube. It's been a great step up from the 1300 vision spinner for me.

If i get a Innokin MVP 2 how much they cost and are they difficult to operate and use. And what is the difference then a tube mod?

These are back in stock at 101vape.com for 39.99 - 42.98 shipped. They are very simple to use and smaller than the pics look. I have tiny hands and find it comfortable to hold/use and easily portable. This is by far my personal favorite device. I have pretty-shinies that mostly sit around now and way to many MVPs LOL. It is an inexpensive, easy, reliable and most importantly CONSISTENT device.

You would not go wrong between the choice of an MVP2, Sigelei Zmax or a Vamo V5. Look at each and check out youtube reviews - the good reviewers will show all of the good and bad, the menu functions - everything. See which one you have the most appeal to :)
