How long were you vapping before you started do DIY? Since I'm still figuring out what I like I'm not sure it's the best idea to start doing that. Maybe it is a good idea though so I can figure out what I like easier :p . I'm still working on expanding my vape kit so I figured dropping some money on a DIY kit isn't in the cards for me just yet.

How does frozen liquid hold up? Does it taste different after it thaws out?

Pat,

I was using pre-mixed juice for more then three years and always stored it in the cold basement out of light. I still have some 3 years + old Dekang juice which doesn't taste bad at all.

Only recently I switched to DIY and started keeping nic in the freezer. No difference in taste after freezer, and nic will not freeze but become more viscose.

I didn't buy any kit and found that unflavored is OK.

I vape 15 mg nic and that's what I do...

If you don't mind unflavored, like I do, then:
1. Nic base, $11.39 - 60mg Nicotine solution - 120ml
2. PG or VG, $9.49 - Propylene Glycol - 500ml, but I need only 360 ml.
3. S/H - $5

Everything from Wizard Labs.

For about $25 I am getting 480 ml of 15mg nic, in other words it's a $1.56 per 30 ml with 140 ml of PG/VG left.

If you like experiment with flavors - $1.49 per 8ml and on average you need 10% of flavoring in your juice.

How have I not seen this than? I've looked at some sites online and most of the kits outside of the basic ones are 60+ dollars. And the basic kits never seem to come with enough to really get me started on DIY.

It is posible to do whatever in your life with the minimum effort.

I found that e-juice DIY could be done the easy way.
