Backwoods Brew Customer service

I just wanted to say the customer service at Backwoods Brew is outstanding. I have been ordering from them for a long time and I am a big fan of their liquids. I recently had a slight issue with one of their liquids. I sent them an email about my problem and right a way they took care of it. It wasn't a major problem or anything, but they were right on top of things. I believe customer service is very important when running a business. I am really impressed with the way they handled things.

I agree. I have been buying Backwoods Brew liquid for a long time. My favorites are Backo and Smoke. I buy them in 120ml a lot of the time. Also really like Malty Toffee and Maple tobacco. I searched a long time for a good tobacco flavor and wasted a lot of money on other vendors claiming good tobacco flavors. Once I tried their liquids I was hooked. It is pretty much all I use, except maybe if I am at a B&M and I find something I like. I just wish Backwoods Brew would come out with a spearmint gum type flavor. Something that tastes like wrigleys gum.
