I'm transcribing a response from BWB. Not pleasant to recieve this type of treatment spending your money with them.

To whom it may concern:

This is my second response regarding this email message. I would like to know whether the 15% discount will be applied to the described order.
The discount was not automatically applied when the order was made as announced on your site. Thank you.


Their response:


Excuse me for not getting right back to you cause obviously I don't have nothing to do but sit here and answer emails all day cause the juice makes itself. As far as I'm concerned I'm cancelling your order out.

It would have been nice if you posted all transactions between us in email instead of only what you want everyone to see.

PS I asked for permission to post our entire conversation and was denied but atleast had the dignity to ask. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.
