Ordered on 3/20. Contacted vendor via email on 4/1 as order status was still showing 'Processing'. Did not receive a response. Called on 4/6 and tried to leave a message, but the mailbox was full. Texted the number requesting an update. Vendor responded same day, stated that he would get the order out that day. On 4/14 order was still 'Processing'. Requested that he ship that day or cancel my order. Here we are on 4/18, almost a month after the initial order, and it is still 'Processing'. Just contacted him again requesting he cancel my order and refund my purchase amount. I'm guessing that I'll have to charge back via my bank to see my $.

Stay away. Worst purchase experience I've had in 5 years of vaping.​
