I just received 2 more flavors from Backwoods Brew - cherry and menthol. Don did it again. The cherry tastes like wild cherry Life Savers, not too sweet, as I'd feared. I never smoked menthol analogs, but I'm exploring new flavors, and this is unexpectedly pleasant and refreshing. Don has 3 strengths of menthol, mild, medium, and strong. I got the medium this time, and may try the strong next time. So many flavors!

Another thing - I had problems with throat and nose burn with my new GLV-2, and y'all suggested changing the PG/VG ratio. The higher VG WORKED! Life is good again.

I'm sitting here right now vaping the menthol. It's getting better and better! Almost as good as my honey flue nut.

No, you pay through paypal. He's got a thread going on here for 10% off if you run a quick search for it. Usually you order through PM or direct email. Email seems to be the best way to get a hold of him. All I can tell you is it's very much worth the extra step or two...his juices are fantastic.

So I'm going to place my first order from BackWoods and I'd like to hear some opinions. I'm looking to try out 10 different flavours. If I can get some advice on their most popular flavours I would appreciate any suggestions.

I'm set on getting:

555 (Wild Nut)
Applewood
Honey Flue Nut
Malty Toffee
Peach
Ry4
Watermelon

This leaves 3 more to try.

I'm considering the cinnammon flavour "Blast", "Maple Tobacco" and possibly "Hunter's Blend".

I am interested in "Cappuccino" or "Caramel Cappuccino". Is one better than the other? Does the caramel add nicely to the cappucinno?

I'm also considering "Cafe Mocha". Out of the 4 coffee flavours, cappuccino, caramel cappuccino, espresso and cafe mocha which one do you like the most?

I'm also wondering if there is a huge difference between "Honey Flue" and "Honey Flue Nut" and if so which is better? I was thinking the nut would add nicely to the honey flue.

I'm open to other suggestions I haven't mentioned here. I know taste is subjective but I appreciate any opinions!

I'm not positive what ratio Don made for me, maybe 80:20 or 70:30. I hope he keeps better records than I do, because whatever he made is perfect. No throat burn or nose burn, and good flavor.

There isn't a whole lot of difference between honey flue and honey flue nut. The nut is very mild and I can only taste it if I exhale through my nose. These are my 2 "everyday" flavors, along with applewood. The malty toffee isn't bad, but not my favorite. I also have a cappuccino that's awesome.

The web site opening will be announced very soon.
Follow the thread in the suppliers forum and look for a post from Don or CDrTrip this weekend ;-)
USA and Canada shipping.

If you are trying for the first time, my recommendation would be trying two or more of these flavors:
Applewood, Espresso, HoneyFlue Nut, Honey Flue, Malty, Cherry Tobacco or 555.

Be bold and mix in an interesting flavor like:
eJoker's blend, hunter's blend, RY4, Green Apple, Melonbacco etc...

All I can say is that I very sincerely wish I had found his juice many months ago. I would have saved a ton of money.

Me too!

And I found that I don't need "to steep" his juices for 2 weeks or more. I got it and started vaping right away - they are good right from the bottle despite of they were freshly made...I think, it is a big plus for impatient people like me.

^ What does espresso taste like? Is it a very srong coffee flavour? Sweet coffee flavour? Is it even describeable? lol

If anyone can describe the differences between caramel cappuccino and espresso I'm all ears!

I like the complex flavours, so I thought the added caramel with cappuccino would be interesting. Guess I'll have to get both.

My first order is getting out of hand! My friend and my girlfriend and I are pretty much trying everything.

So far on the list is:

Applewood
555 (wild nut: are you supposed to specify between wild nut or peanut?)
cappuccino
caramel cappuccino
cherry
espresso
ejoker's blend
honey flue nut
hunters blend
malty toffee
peach
ry4
vanilla
watermelon
tobaccomelon

Really interested in blast, blueberry, dulce de leche, and maple tobacco as well. Oh well for another order I guess.
