From what I've tried, vanilla bean is very muted. I want to like vanilla bean so much but it just doesn't do it for me. Casablanca is very strong to me, but I like that. I vape it when jm craving a cigarette and after a couple of puffs I'm satisfied. Others that I like are cola, apple tobacco, cherry tobacco, maple tobacco, malty, and malty toffee. Malty is pretty flavorless but it's supposed to be that way. I use an ego c with a plain old nothing fancy tank on the top and I've not had a problem with flavor. I did use an evod for a while and that dulled the flavor for me. Could it be that different hardware would bring different results for you?

Do u guys feel that BWB has really muted flavor in their juices? My waffles I can barely taste and there's no steep time needed for that one....and malty is very very sublime should I say...what do u think?

Except for some of his tobacco's like 555 or Casablanca, I think they are known for their subtle flavors.

I also find them subtle. True to life, but not bold. Malty is especially understated. That's part of its appeal for me. It's a go to when I get burned out on all of my other flavors.

Yes, they are known for lighter more subtle flavors... they do a great service to vapers like me who can't stand over-flavored candy shake drinks... When Don started BWB years ago, that was one of the things that inspired him... to provide liquid that would actually be vapable for many of us who are sensitive to strong flavors...

anyway, sorry you didn't know that before you ordered...

The good thing for you is that after much steeping, it will acquire a more intense flavor...
or...
your tastes may change...

As Caridwen said, some flavors like casa, 555, his coffees... are stronger.... but he's not and never has been one to kill something with flavor... nor has he wanted to add a option for more flavor... he sells out quite regularly under his current mo...

anyway, the waffle will get stronger, but it won't be a deep flavor sensation.

I had no Idea backwoods brew was known for being subtle flavs
mainly because all the reviews about malty said this one is light in flav but complex
I expected it with malty which happened to be the one I liked from BWB
but you would think they would not have made it out like that is the subtle one if most of them were supposed to be that way

and couple that with the name I mean BackWoods Brew
The name in itself screams Man up because this stuff gonna put hair on your chest boy

HFN, Casa, 555, 555E, & Backo have plenty of flavor (for me); some others- not so much... Don's Virginia & Cherry Tobacco are very, very good, but are definitely on the "lighter" side. I think his product line is wide enough to accommodate most people; those requiring light and... those requiring robust liquids. One thing I like about almost all BWB liquids: they are some of the cleanest burning, non-gunking liquids available.

When I first started vaping, Don was clearly my vendor of choice and he was light-years ahead of his counterparts- in terms of the quality and uniqueness of his liquids, and his extraction methods. No one could match BWB! Today, there are many great vendors to choose from and the market has become very competitive, but I still like revisiting some of my old BWB fav's.

I just received an order from BWB... I got 555E, Backo, and HFN. These bring me back to when I first started vaping and I still enjoy them today. One interesting observation of BWB.... Either people love Don, or they strongly dislike him. I've had occasion where I've felt both about him but, today... he's on my "A" list :toast: At the end of the day- he's a talented juice maker who's passionate about pumping out great tasting juices- he just likes to "wrestle" sometimes :)

...AND THE MARKET HAS EXPLODED... as randy points out...

I doubt a vendor that is super busy... and that has received little to no complaint would take time to update and change their page... and don never said his juices were lighter... I did... don just makes good juice... I only call them lighter because I compare them to other vendors... and most of the people that would complain tend to be those who want to vape super strong flavors... and none of those vendors disclose their super strength...

After steeping the Malty Toffee I did not notice any real taste improvement, it has been on the subtle side but I get it in 6mg so I can chain vape. I can taste the toffee every time but only get the malty after a long chain vape and it never fully comes out. Still I love the flavor of BWB blends. And yes the Casablanca is stronger but like many other folks they love it that way.
