BWB Nutty Lack of Flavor???

OK, so has anyone else noticed that Backwoods Brew's Nutty basically has no flavor? I've got some nic-free that's been steeping for about three weeks now, and it still tastes like nothing. Maybe a bit of sweetness on the inhale, but nothing on the exhale. This is about what I expect the malty (which I haven't tried yet) to taste like, but not something called nutty. I expected nuts, maybe a bit like the 555 without the tobacco.

I've never vaped plain VG, but this is what I imagine it tastes like. No color whatsoever to the bottle, and only the slightest hazelnut-like smell (you've really gotta search for it).

Now, I've not been vaping that long, so maybe it's my damaged taste buds weirding me out here. Thing is, every other BWB juice I've tried has been plenty flavorful and actually quite sublime. I got this in trade from another ECF member so I haven't contacted BWB about it...figured I'd see if anyone around here had noticed the same thing.

So....Anyone else have any experience with this juice?

I just finished off my 15ml bottle of nutty a week or 2 ago. I had it steeping about 5 weeks? I could definitely taste a hazelnut flavor, but it is sort of faint? Pretty big throat hit with this juice though don't you agree?

Tasted faintly like dish soap when I got mine about 10 days ago and it still does. I'll keep letting it sit and retrying it periodically but so far the allure of Nutty is totally missing me.

Not too much taste either i thought it was just me, I thought about mixing some of it with my 555 so it doesnt go to waste but i dont wanna ruin some of my 555

Hey rrayda - I didn't even try it. I will say that I'm not impressed with BWB juices though. I feel bad that we traded and you're obviously not happy with the juice. I like the pure cig I got in the trade....tastes like a filthy analog..lol... I did trade my bottle of BWB Smoke for some BWB 555 and I hate it too. Next time I get some of my favorite 555 juice (vaporsetc) I'll send ya some!

Hey TC...no worries at all, man. Not your fault. I actually really like the BWB juices I've had and was just trying to figure out if this one was a dud or what. I'll still vape the hell out of the stuff...good atty cleaner if nothing else. Glad you're digging the PureCig. Definitely don't worry about sending me anything else, we're good.
