I have a BLU and before you guys start bashing on BLU im waiting on my 510 kit....

anyways i refill my own carts and use the spring mod. Everything was working perfect without any issues and was vaping a load full of vapor on each pull

anyways i only ever used one atty that came with the kit. Used it for about a month and decided to clean it with some alcohol and hot water. meanwhile I started using the other atty that came with the kit and never could get a solid hit and it seemed like it was getting flooded time and time again.. I would switch out carts and same thing. Maybe a few good pulls towards the end which made me think it was gettin flooded.... never did anything different with my carts..

anyways so i switched back to the first atty in which i cleaned and again!!....no problems....hits like a champ and vapes consistently like before......

once this happened i started examining the atties to see what the difference is since one was working great and the other wasnt. Only thing I saw is that on the second not so good atty, the bridge (guess this is what its called....where liquid goes and vaporizes) is closer together and almost touching where on the first atty which works great isnt that close together.......

so my question is does that matter? and if it does can i pry it apart just a smidge to make it look like the first one? and what can i use to do this cause i dont know how fragile this piece is?

Hope you understood what im trying to say as im new to all the hardware aspect of this wonderful tool that helped me quit smoking analogs!!

thanks in advance
Robert
