Bad Batch of dse 901 batteries?

ordered to full dse901 kits which was received Thursday the 7th one battery was doa (rob already sent replacement)
2 days later another battery in the kit died,
I thought we just had bad luck, then my daughter had got me a pink dse 901 kit for my birthday and one of those batteries got stuck in the on position last night and then burnt out
so in total 3 of 6 batteries have gone to battery heaven since Thursday

Do we just have incredibly bad luck?
I knew Automatic batteries were more prone to failure but did not realize they were that fickle

or is there a bad batch of the 901 batteries floating around out there

I'm not speaking on behalf of Vapor Kings, but by any chance did liquid get into the batteries? That is the main reason auto batteries fail (especially either getting stuck on or just not firing). This usually happens in 1 or 2 ways. Filling a cart while still attached to the battery or over filling a cart, which then slowly drips onto and inside the battery. Manual batteries are sealed, where autos are not. Not saying this is what happened, but it is the leading cause.

well one was DOA while I am not sure what happened to the second Battery that died because I was not there at the time I know it wasn't from any over filling we did they were prefilled carts. so was the one were the battery stuck on me, dose not mean thats not what happened just not as likely.
I really wish we had got the manual batteries but I did not think my in-laws would have took to pushing a button to get their fix, I have since, been informed I was wrong about that LOL

There has been a decline in the quality on the 901 batteries. We finally got to the bottom of why this was happening and our supplier has assured us it will be corrected.

I have also assured them that if it isn't taken care of, they can forget my business in the future.

It seems like my first two automatic batteries that I received in my starter kit work so much better than any other replacements that I have ordered. You might want to put the defective batteries in a bag of rice. I am not sure if this could even help but hey it's worth a shot. Is rob sending a replacement for the pink one too? I may need to send it in since it was purchased in my name. Just let me know.
