Bought several of these from health cabin, one set from my first order, and 2 others via co-ops also through health cabin, and so far, 3 of them, have formed cracks and been rendered unusable in less then 2-3 fills.
In one case,the item cracked along the mouthpiece, breaking the seal that creates a vaccum and making it leak from the mouthpiece.
(i saved mine so i could take a picture, highlighted with a red circle)
In the other 2 cases, the item cracked at the base, leaking enough to render them unusable as well. Now these are the some of the most expensive clearo's ON healthcabin, and i'm not happy about them failing on me so fast.
2 of the three were only used in the home, and never taken out, so no jostling, no carrying in a pocket or purse, no reason they should experience any wear and tear.
2 of them were used ONLY with the suggested battery also purchased from healthcabin: KR808D-M3 manual battery
The item itself upon looking at the page says no warrenty, but having done 3 orders of 80 bucks or so each time i've ordered (2 co-ops and my own single order) I'd like to know if there's anything that can be done, and if anyone else is having this problem.
I really like the product in terms of filling ease and production of vapor, but it's far to expensive to replace every 2 fills, i just can't do it.
