a couple of weeks back i got a battery charger and a couple of batteries from Rick. I screwed up the address in the form but noticed it when I got the confirmation and rick straightened out no-problem. I got my reo up and i was happy as a clam Charger works batts work etc. ok so no problem I threw in an order for
" Boge Cartomizer boge-carto : 2.0 oHm Quantity: 2 Price: $15.90"

i've been having no problem with boge 2.0 cartos (have got them from 3 vendors) aso rather than testing on receipt i waited until i was almost out of the last package. ....... ERROR. These cartos are so tight in draw i can't even get a half a vape out of em.

any problems with QC at Boge? these are "silver" or not black (as have been the others) what's up.
Should i contact rick?

we are not talking big bucks here ($15.90) but i have 9 left and otherwise i felt Atmos was doing fine.

can i poke a needle down the tube, hack a hole in somewhere--send them back for black covered ones with some draw? any tips....

meanwhile have (almost) run out of fresh cartos and i'm waiting on a different vendor for re-supply.

anybody else having probs with silver boges from early june Rick want to chime in?

No blame on you. the box is fresh factory sealed looks like a totally legit shipment.

just wondering? any quick fix? slow fix? common problem? Do you even have a returns policy on 9/10ths of a $16 order?

Boges are the most consistent quality carto I've used but even they have bad days and batches. The three things that I've run into and the fixes:

1) Sometimes a few Boges have filler packed so tight it doesn't absorb the e-liquid. The VG formula's especially. In those cases I use the tip of a push-pin to gently open grooves down into the filler and then the rest opens up once that first bit of juice gets in.

2) I have an overly tight draw due to the base being just a slight bit more shallow than normal so when I screw it all the way in on my Precise it cuts the air flow off. A very VERY small smidgen of a turn towards opening it fixes that.

3) I have an overly tight draw because the center channel has collapsed. I use a toothpick to push down through the channel and open it up.

Good luck! -Magnus

I'll try these ideas.
I have ten (10!) boge cartos sitting here (and a bunch of stuff (except for 1 dual coil i am saving) which have various problems: clearomizers, , "standard" cartos, 510 attys, smart carts etc etc.)

Most of em kind of work, sometimes, if i treat em nice but heck! did i ever treat my cigarettes nicely just to have a drag/smoke/break?

well anyway back to topic OP (myself) get those toothpicks etc out and report back tomorrow...(and go to sleep now!)

good tips!
I did all of the above an i'm now breathing easier--or rather vaping easier--i'm heading out on a vacation and had a sinking feeling i was going to run out of cartos with no local suppliers in site...10 should get me through with some room to spare--now if that blankety blank juice order will just arrive....
thanks!
