Bad customer service

I put a order in with these guys and decided I needed to cancel it, so I emailed them 5 minutes after I placed the order. Never heard a thing until the next day got a email saying it was already shipped with a tracking number. I checked the tracking number and it was not even scanned yet. I emailed them right after I got that first email and still have not heard anything. I will return the items for a refund and never buy from this vendor again.

I have begun to look into this for you. I have found that the order was placed Friday/Saturday at midnight. I do apologize, but unfortunately we do not answer emails throughout the night hours. Shipping comes in extra early on Saturday morning to get as many packages out as they can for customers since the post office is open until noon. They start around 7am. Customer service starts around 10am on Saturday. As you can see this was a matter of timing, not customer service. I am sure you received an email that day informing you what I am about to tell you.

We apologize for this inconvenience and if you go ahead and return the order we will be more than happy to refund your money. Again we are sorry, this was just a matter of timing.
