I recently ordered some parts from EST, and this is what happened. I was sent the wrong pack of carts, which didnt fit my DSE901. I didnt receive one atomizer I had on the packing slip. The one spare 901 battery I ordered wasnt sealed in plastic and after a full initial charge didnt not provide consistent power (kept flickering). I called and emailed Phil, and after two days, no reply, no call back.
It doesn't appear he has any intention of correcting this situation.
With the number of e-cig suppliers out there right now, I hope this isn't typical of how he runs his business.
