Phil's customer service is the best I've ever experienced. I don't just mean that he's a nice guy when he sends emails or answers concerns I mean that he is absolutely, positively, 100% real when it comes to his concern for his customers. He will bend over backwards, without hesitation, to help people and that's something very few people can claim.
Phil; If you ever read this, know this: you did me right in a BIG WAY. You went far above and beyond anything I would have ever expected and I appreciate it very greatly. As far as I am concerned you are far and away the BEST e-cig supplier out there and I'm very happy to have done business with you.
Knowing me as a reviewer, you know that my opinions on your (and other's) products may not always be glowing (though so far I really have no complaints about any of your stuff I've tried) but as a customer, you have me hooked. Your level of service is an absolute 10 and every single supplier out there would do very well to learn from your example. I'm not sure I'll have an easy time justifying shopping with anyone else unless it's for something you don't carry.
