I'll add my thumbs up as well. I ordered a blue 901 kit from Phil in January. It was my first PV. I liked it so much I ordered another kit the following week for spare parts. A few weeks ago, I had two batteries short out and and two atomizers go dead in one week. After emailing Phil, I sent back the parts and received replacements the next week. I'm very pleased with the level of service from e-Smokey-Treats.

I put in an order on the 4th and its still processing. Does he update your order status to let you know what stage its at or just ship it?

I think his new web page has a few bugs. I received my last order over a week ago and it STILL shows "processing". Don't worry though. I usually order over the weekend and get my order by Wed. or Thurs. It takes USPS an average of 2 working days (Mon.-Sat.) for Priority Mail, not including the day they receive the package. If you don't have it by Thursday and no explanation why, then an email to Phil might be in order.

Phil's customer service is the best I've ever experienced. I don't just mean that he's a nice guy when he sends emails or answers concerns I mean that he is absolutely, positively, 100% real when it comes to his concern for his customers. He will bend over backwards, without hesitation, to help people and that's something very few people can claim.

Phil; If you ever read this, know this: you did me right in a BIG WAY. You went far above and beyond anything I would have ever expected and I appreciate it very greatly. As far as I am concerned you are far and away the BEST e-cig supplier out there and I'm very happy to have done business with you.

Knowing me as a reviewer, you know that my opinions on your (and other's) products may not always be glowing (though so far I really have no complaints about any of your stuff I've tried) but as a customer, you have me hooked. Your level of service is an absolute 10 and every single supplier out there would do very well to learn from your example. I'm not sure I'll have an easy time justifying shopping with anyone else unless it's for something you don't carry.

I went out of town for work and didn't have access to a computer where I was staying. I e-mailed Phil before I left and asked if it would be ok to order by mail and send him a money order. His reply? YES we can work it out.
So after I arrived at my motel I placed the order in the mail with a money order and received it within the week.(took a little longer because of the money order....had to wait for the payment you know)
Phil has been a great help. I've called him a couple of times with questions and he's always been there with the answers. I can't say enough praise about him and his customer service. He is defnately my number one choice for my orders.
