bad juice @ e smoker online????

Greetings to all, I bought a e smoker 510 travel kit from e smoker online.com on the 20th & it arrived on the 23rd & I have been using it ever since…it came with a free bottle of e juice in the flavor & strength of my choice so I picked menthol 16 mg just to test the strength…& it was good at first- ok throat hit & vapor wasn’t great but it was decent…now it seems like flavor has gone away, I sometimes have to drop 2 or 3 drops on the bridge of the atty to get the flavor, I have been doing this for a while now & the atty was starting to smell so I search for the best way to clean the atty & I found this video on you tube the guy in the vid uses denatured alcohol to clean his atty so I did it & now I get a better draw, but I get the same taste so that’s why I’m thinking it’s the sucky juice…& now I get this weird sensation in the back of my throat like a faint taste of burning menthol…& every few drags I have to put a few more drops of juice in the cart to get vapor ‘cause it seems like it’s running out & vapor dies & taste is yucky…could I be right in thinking that it could be the crappy juice or the batting material in the cart (cheap material), I heard somewhere that companies that offer a free bottle of juice with the starter kit don’t always put the “good” juice with the kit, is this true? ‘cause I’d like to think that there’s nothing wrong with my pv, it seems to be doing it’s job…has anyone here run into a situation like this before? Is this a good pv, is the free juice crappy, not sure…can anyone help me answer this? Thanks to all that reply, happy vaping

Only time I get that type of taste and the famous burnt taste is when my juice is almost gone...That is a clear signal for me to refill my cart and add a couple of drops in the atty...Works good and yes, for me, I have to clean out the atty...But, not much, since I usually blow out the atty every night and just use a paper towel to clean the threads and air holes...At least this has been working for me these past months...

Sounds to me like the cart is drying out, or not wicking properly.

A blank cart will not last forever, and needs to be cleaned just like the atty does, and you need to keep it wet, or it will not work properly.

Have you tried a different cart? (mouthpiece)

The juice esmoker sends is Dekang so it is "cheap" it is from china I got the menthol also in my kit. Do you take the filler out fill the cart then put the filler back in and top off? Oh and I realized the burning nasty taste and sensation is the esmoker atty it has an assload of primer in it and even alcohol wont get it off. Just use and blow out a bunch of times it takes a few days to get the yucky out of it. I always start priming my new attys before I actually need to use them just a quick puff puff blow out a day for about a week and then when I need it the yucky is gone. Try using a strong flavo for the breakin and when you first start with new atty dont inhale the primer gives you the burn in your throat. just keep rinsing in water and blowing out then a few puffs and blow out a few puffs and blow out this is when plain VG comes in handy so you dont waste juice. IT takes about 3 days to break it in.

thanks so much for the heads up about the Dekang products.. I ordered a few liquids from there and they had almost no flavor.. now I have an idea why.. and will not order from them in the future

There are many here who like Dekang juices and many are very good. It's up to you though. I have had some allergy issues with 2 flavors but the rest are fine and I will reorder they were very good.

Dekang isn't all bad from what I hear but it is all Pg I think. I agree not much flavor.I like an 80/20 or 70/30 gives a little more thickness and it doesnt just run out the bottom of the atty. It also adds more vapor and sweetness.
