I'm really getting sick and tired of buying mango pods for the xfire in every pod that I put in my battery continues to taste burnt this is very frustrating and if this continues I will no longer use the xfire neither will my wife or my three children that are all xfire users we buy anywhere between 6 to 12 pods per week and every box that we buy we're lucky to get one pot that works properly this is unfair the amount of money that we're spending.

Welcome to ECF, Marshall Meaker. The one pod that I have and use a bit more than I thought I would is refillable. So it costs me 10 cents or so to refill it. I make my own liquids too. Commercial juices cost a lot more in the end.

    Hi and welcome,
Throw that junk in the bin and move on to another brand.
    Juul perhaps?
Have you considered a refillable pod system?

    Cheers

Go to the pods sub forum, and see what is popular, and what is giving a lot of people trouble. Also, when you get your next one, ask if there are any tricks to getting it to perform as best it can.

I only use one pod, so I can’t be of much help, but I’ve been around long enough to know that every device requires a bit of know-how.

For now, I’d try priming the pod. Just because it’s pre-filled and the coil has been soaking in juice doesn’t mean it can handle necessarily be vaped hard right out of the gate. Give it a few short fires and very small draws.

Hello and welcome to ECF. I don't know if you already found it, but here is the link for the POD sub-forum.

I also have to agree about priming the pod. Is there a way to draw on the tank without it being in the device. It sounds like the coil isn't juiced properly and it is burning the cotton wicking. Wish I could offer more advice, however, I am ignorant of the operation of the new pod systems. I'm sure others on the sub-forum will be able to offer better advice than I have attempted. Again, welcome to the forum and vaping lifestyle.
