Hi, just wondering if anyone has had a problem with bad oil. I tried some Hilton from TECC in their sale which was fine, so when their stock was taken over and sold on offer by totallywicked-eliquid.co.uk I took advantage and bought 8 bottles. I only switched from cigs to e.cigs at the end of May but I've not come across a problem with quality before, but some of these bottles are very dark coloured and taste bad.
Is consistency a common problem with the liquid, that I've been lucky not to have come across before?
I'm wondering if I have the fluid analysed at a lab, if it would be able to tell if this is old fluid - the use by date is 01/10/2011. The appearance and taste just give me the impression that it's "gone off". It could be that they've been adulterated or contaminated in some way, which a lab would identify, but whatever the cause it happened before the bottles were sealed. I suppose it is also possible that far too much flavour has been added, causing the discoloration and bad taste? The good bottles(3) are the colour of white wine whereas the bad ones(5) are the colour of tea.
If anyone has had a similar experience or maybe even knows what the problem is, I'd love to hear about it.
Thanks, Malcolm.
