I used to be a proud owner of an Extreme Q vaporizer from Arizer since summer 2020, now in the span of 1 month, i've had 1 bowl and a top part of the vaporizer itself that broke. Not only are the glass parts NOT covered under warranty, but the new bowl that's less than 1 month old already broke on me......
I highly advise not buying from them EVER, at least not if there's glass inside it, bad quality and 0 warranty on their products imo says long about their confidence.
