Neti Pot!! Invest $10 or so dollars in a neti pot. Doesn't have to be fancy, there should be several types available at your local drug store. neilmed is a pretty standard brand).

It's a great, natural, gentle way to cleanse your sinuses completely. Using it once a day will also help prevent upper respiratory infections (especially sinus infections).

Vapor tongue, it does pass. Change your juice during the day, meaning fruit to tobacco to dessert or any combination of what ever flavors you have.
I had it bad where everything tasted like metal it was horrid. I got thru the first bad case of it and now I know when it comes back (never as bad as the first) that is the time I use a juice I don't really like anyway.
Good luck and congrats on your 3-4 weeks :)

Yea, it's so gross. There's just no delicate way to discuss this with anyone, but yea. I felt the sinuses let loose and ever since then it's reoccurring. YUKOLA. I feel like it's something Dr. Robbins on CSI LV would point out.

i had alot of sinus problems years back there are two small sinus cavity's behind the eyes that have a tiny tub that connects to the main sinus's its very common for smokers to have that tub clog up on them its the main place sinus infections happen.

before i finally had to have surgery on them my sinus Dr had me drink one Squeezed lemon a day, sounds silly but it really opened them up problem for me was each time i stopped with the lemons they would get clogged back up and infected again, more then likely your problem will go away in a few weeks but cant hurt to try a few lemons and see if it helps,if you get any sort of fever go see your Dr so he can get you on some antibiotics for it.

I've been noticing the same 'bad taste', and have noticed a pattern. At the office, I typically drink coffee all day. When that is all I'm drinking, this bad taste from vaping shows up some time in the afternoon. When I've drunk water in addition to the coffee, I don't seem to get the bad taste. At home, I keep a large cup of water at the computer desk, and similarly, I don't develop the bad taste. This is making me suspect an early 'dehydration' or 'dry mouth' symptom, as I've seen this topic many times on this forum, and typical remedies include eating something tart (lime juice is popular) or mouth wash. Either of these would cause salivation, and rehydration of the mouth.

If you can catch it early, sipping some water could help avoid this bad taste.

I get this gross flavor. I know exactly what it is because I DIY juice.
Its concentrated PG, and to some extent VG. And its gross...
Especially because it tends to build up on the back of your throat and it will wash up to your tongue.
Try brushing your tongue from now on. Or use a tea spoon and scrape it forward.

There was that House, M.D. episode where the guy was bleeding from everywhere and lots of drama, just to find out at the end he used a neti pot with ordinary tap water and there was an amoeba eating his brain. LOL Granted, it's TV so this is probably a one-in-a-million thing.

Thank you for the suggestions, I will try them. I think it may be a dehydration thing, I'm not as thirsty as usual since I started vaping.

Boil your water if you're so inclined. Or use distilled. I'll continue using my tap water.

Apparently a brain eating amoeba killed a couple people in Louisiana a couple years back. Who knew? :p

There are several cases of neti pot related deaths. I suffer from chronic sinus congestion, and I really prefer using a prescribed decongestant. I drink citrus drinks (Sobe Rush energy drink or Tropicana Twister) that helps wash out the bad taste.

I find that tobacco ejuice is what leaves me with the worst yukky taste. Also try to wash your clearo with a little alcohol, it could be due to flavor leftover in driptips or heads.

Same here. I'm turned off by most tobacco flavors now. I just have Captain Black. All the places that sell it are a bit expensive, so I DIY it :)
