hi everyone, hope somebody can help. i was so pleased with my m401 which helped me be smokefree since 3-01 that i went ahead and got some rn4081s being closed out. enough to set up 3 friends of mine if i can locate one more charger. BUT the carts taste just horrible! so i dripped directly on the atty the way i use my 401 but not much improvement in taste. no way can i get my friends to switch if i don't find a way to improve on this. any ideas?

cheers
wipe off the outside of the metal, put your lips on the outside of the metal and blow hard a few times, I blow from the exposed bridge end, blow strong into paper towel till no liquid comes out. Before using be sure to prime the attie bridge with a couple of drops of e-liquid.

If my atties dirty after a few weeks I'll blow it dry using the above method then I'll soak my attie in a shot glass of vodka for a couple hours, then blow it dry, prime it with eliquid and puff till I burn off the vodka taste off.

I just got my first replacement attys (Smoking Everywhere got me, no replacement parts in their kits,) after a year of use, my original atty just refused to die. When i got the new ones they tasted horrible, too. I wanted them in working order asap, so I dropped them in some black label smirnoff, rinsed them off with distilled water, (I know everyone just says tap water, but I can't imagine hard water would be good for the atty) dry burnt them for a few seconds, re-rinsed, dried, and dripped a little menthol fluid on them. They were up and tasting good in less than an hour.

Your friends will prolly need you to take care of this for them before they start, I know mine wouldn't be willing to put in the work until after they'd seen the reward already. Just don't forget that they tend to have a break in period before they vape best too.

They do have a break in period, relax. You can also get a 808/901 to 4081 adaptor and use them on kr808d1 manual batteries for dripping; they do make lots of vg clouds.

things are going well, i broke in the attys
1 converted, working on 2 more [friends, not attys, lol]
