Hope all is well for everyone out there.

A little diversion from the storm... the latest tourist trap around here is a hurricane simulator. You can pay 2 bucks to stand in a tiny, plexiglass-enclosed machine and feel 75 mph winds. The things folks will spend their money on while vacationing.

Hop in the back of my truck and I'll take ya down the highway, will only charge a buck!!!

Glad to see everyone is ok. We were spared thankfully. Just windy and some rain. It's actually windier today than yesterday. Hope your ok Chris the pictures from the city look pretty horrific. Hope all is well for Briar too. They got it worse than me I hear

im here all safe, trees down in the hook but not to bad, hope everyone else is ok, this storm was a doozy though, manhattan and places near water got hit pretty badly and are flooded

My cousin lives in upper manhattan and was spared. Lower manhattan was flooded and he can't get to his office. We're from South Louisiana, so we've dealt with storms many times. Nothing can compare to how bad this is, and have never seen this many people affected. It is unreal this stuff I am seeing on tv. I wish everyone well and pray for you all. And praying isn't something I do often.
