Balrog Mod and leaking

Hey guys, just curious if using the balrog mod + target tank or cleito tank would be effective at reducing leaking through the airholes. I'm not really sure how the mod works, like if it would prevent leaking all over the mod or what it does. Any insight is appreciated, thanks.

Seeing as I have a 25$ store credit for Oasis Vape, I'd rather not spend money on a new box mod if the leaking issues could be solved with a change in pg/vg ratio. I'd rather use the target tank because it runs at a lower wattage with the 0.9 coils, but I want a juice that would work well with the Cleito and Target. Any suggestions on a ratio that'd work well with both tanks?
