Vaporcast is the only vendor that carries them, but you can get a blemished Bam from Ed The Green (the creator of the Bam). He adds blems to his store pretty regulaly. I got two from him.

The silver one is a V1 that I got for $50. The green one wasn't a blem and is a limited edition which cost $150
