Banner help

Hi, I'm new to this site and vapping as a whole. I got my Janty eGo yesterday and am falling in love. I'd like to add a banner that indicates my saving, how long I've vapped, etc. I'm not sure where to enter the BBC code so that it shows up on my profile and/or as my signature. Anyone have help for me?

I think you go on the site the banner you want is from and download it from there.

5Card, thanks for a quick reply. I've been to one of those sites and the banner has been created. The problem is that I'm not tech savvy enough to know where (on my profile) to put the provided code.

Put it on your signature page. Go to user cp at the top right side and click user cp then go to edit signature.

I've looked in each subsection of "your profile", "networking", "settings and options", "subscribed threads" and "miscellaneous" and haven't found anything that references sig edit.

Go to user cp then settings and options, left hand side. On the second line you will see edit signature.

Thanks for a more specific path... alas, there is no "edit signature" option for me within "edit options". There is a "show signature" check box, but no option to select/edit the signature. My soon to be PhD fiance is sitting here with me so I know I;m not going crazy.

It is probably because of your post count. Being a sunday it probably hasn't updated yet. Try again tomorrow and it will be there. Sorry. If you have any probs tomorrow feel free to pm me for help.

You probably need more posts to make the signature area show up.

Look again after 10 and then 15 posts.

Sometime it can take the server up to an hour to make certain changes. This is normal and has nothing to do with your post count.

Thanks again to all who offered assistance! it was the 15th or 16th post that allowed the signature option.
