Banner help

I cant find anywhere how to add a banner. I realize it goes itn the signature area but, I also cant figure out where the edit signature area is. Sorry, this may be a repost or maybe I am just computer illiterate.

You can add/edit signatures by clicking Settings at the top right of the page, then Edit Signature on the left-hand side.

However, you do not yet have permission to post a signature to your account. Please see this post to understand when permissions are granted:
