Kelly, that happened to me when I first put my banner up, then one day, it just started appearing on my posts.

Something like this many puffs of an e-cig saves this many bites on said flavor which in turn saves this many calories...

ok, so you'd enter:
#puffs taken per hour
#puffs that are the equivalent of 1 bite
#calories that are in a bite

Then I'd multiply it all together with a total calories avoided?
Seems like I'm missing something...

Shew. If I took a bite every time I took a puff. The critter wouldn't be able to get around. But that's a nice way to think of it. I'm avoiding 2 pounds of heft for every day I vape.
