Hey basilray! Great video, although just a Hi would have been nice. :p

BTW, thanks again for the cartos. :)

Apologies! I definitely meant to mention your name. When I was editing it together, I realized that I hadn't! Of course, with Thanksgiving and everything else going on, I forgot to go back and add an annotation...which I have now done! Credit where it is due! :)

Baz,

Something is wrong with your checker I believe. I have seem a couple, and even going through resistors provide voltage to the atty, not battery voltage. If you had a load plug (another) atty connection you should be able to check both. Something is not kosher here.

According to Jay over at GLV, just powering the meter will not trigger the resistor, because the resistor requires a load in order for it to fire. I took a picture and sent it to him about 5 minutes after receiving the meter, because, of course I was worried that I was really hitting 8v+. While I'm no electronics whiz, I can tell you that it's not putting out 8v or I'd be blowing atomizers left and right (the 3ohm atty I have been using on it has been going for over a month).

can it be that it is not working on the Ego because that is pulse regulated?

I believe so...those were the words I was looking for, but just couldn't spit them out! It also appears to be that this meter does not measure below 3.7v, but I haven't gotten a battery to discharge below that to verify.
