Batteries for e-pard

I've had the e-pard for 2 weeks and give it a solid thumbs up...great little unit for what it was designed for...it also works great with a car plug. However, I need additional batteries. Does anyone know when they are coming in ??? along with empty carts??? This battery is on its last legs.
