I have 4 18350 batteries I did buy within a few weeks of each other from different distributors. It seems like I'm getting a little more life out of 1 of them. But, the other 3 I charge and they are dead within an hour. I've had maybe 5 months? If this is normal, then so be it. I just haven't had rechargeable batteries until I bought my vamo but it seems like they all just quit working recently.

Mine have usually died over a varying period of time. One starts showing signs of dying and tapers off quicker with the others staggering behind at varying distances.

You might want to order a couple more to see how they do with your current charger. If they do well then your batteries have reached the end of their useful life.

read How to Prolong Lithium-based Batteries - Battery University and note how many less cycles you get if you completely kill the battery before recharge. Also being left in a hot car while charged can kill them, or being left on a charger after they are charged will do the same. The charging cycle creates heat from the inside of the battery, just like chucking it outside in the sun on a hot summer day.
