I have looked into the run down question and I think you are right; I believe ecig batteries are lithium ion, it seems they should be kept charged and as you say not allowed to run down. Thanks that's good to know!

You got it :thumb:. NiCads are the ones that develop a memory effect and need to be almost completely drained sometimes.

Watch out for lead acid batteries too. They really do badly if you run them down too far. Deep discharge batts are better, but they still suffer from this too.

Having said that, you should still be getting at least 200 charges out of a good battery using a good charger. The battery will shut itself down if you just keep using it to avoid getting really over-discharged. I've always bought Joytech eGo batts or Vision Spinners. I also have a couple of Joye chargers. I have one 650 mAh Joye eGo that's 2 years old now. I estimate it's had over 100 charges. It's still going strong.
