Did a couple of tests on two of my Mini-Pipe batteries as they seem have a lot less vaporing time then when i first started using them. They used to vape consistently about 2 hours, maybe a little more.

They are just coming up to one week of constant use. Anyway they seem to go flat after only about 35mins or less vaping and the red light in the pipe flashes to indicate battery drained. So i tested them on my meter. Fully charged between 3.7 and 3.9volts. Once used and the red light is flashing, i metered again. They had dropped to between 3 and 3.2 volts. Surely these batteries should still be able to operate the atomizer with 3 volts charge in them.

Batteries should last at least 2 months if charged properly and maintained (normally last at least 300 charges). Try cleaning the ends of the battery and atomizer with a tissue or q-tip to make sure there is no juice residue on your contacts, also clean your charger contact the same way. It sounds like your batteries are charging to the proper voltage.

Actually, the voltmeter will tell you the current charge, but not how well the charge will hold (how much energy is in the batteries). As soon as you put a load on it (inhale), the voltage will probably drop below 3V.
A quick battery test I found on another post is to charge the batteries, let them sit for a couple of hours, and then put them back in the charger. If the charger light turns red (starts the charging cycle) then the battery is not holding a charge, and is about shot.
