Battery advice for Innokin 134

I ordered mine this morning and want to get batteries but I don't know a whole lot. I know it takes 18650 but thats about it. I want something that will last all day with moderate to heavy use and fits. Charger advice is appreciated too. I'm currently using a MPV 2 and get 2 days on a charge. My ego twist 100 mah used to last most of the day. I'm more concerned with quality over bargain basement pricing. I'm not sure if I need flat top, protected etc
