I need some help with battery awareness and the selection of a bigger battery for my Atmizoo Roller.
I vape sub-ohm coils 0.8-1Ω (32ga Kanthal-A1 twisted wire coil 4/4 wrap @ 0.8Ω currently) using a AW IMR 18350.
I saw on Avid Vaper that they list the specs for all their batteries and found out the AW IMR 18350 and 18490 operate at 8C whereas the 18650 is the only 10C rated battery. So if the math correct:
What do I do with this math? How do I calculate my setup for safety? What is a safe amp range? How does this affect the vaping experience (vapor production, "power" (throat hit))? I know how to do the math to get wattage, but on a constantly fluctuating voltage (4.1v off the charger down to say 3.7v for example) the wattage for my current setup would be:
I only experience the highest wattage peak for the first 10-15 draws and then it mellows out quite a bit, I know twisted wire tends to drain batteries like no other. Keeping in mind this is the AW IMR 18350 rated at 8C.
How does this mix in with amperage and how can I use this information to keep myself safe (of course buying a V2 Vape Safe Fuse would suffice)?
Also, with this information, it seems that i'll have a stronger and better vape experience using a 2000mAh AW IMR 18650, curious on the Panasonic CGR18650CH that are NLA

A = C*Ah
AW IMR 18350 @ 700mAh = .7Ah = 8*.7 = 5.6amps
AW IMR 18490 @ 1100mAh = 1.1Ah = 8*1.1 = 8.8amps
AW IMR 18650 @ 2000mAh = 2Ah = 10*2 = 20amps
AW IMR 18350 @ 700mAh = .7Ah = 8*.7 = 5.6amps
AW IMR 18490 @ 1100mAh = 1.1Ah = 8*1.1 = 8.8amps

V2/Ω = Watts
4.12/0.8Ω = 21.0125 watts highest**
3.72/0.8Ω - 17.1125 watts lowest**
** Actual results are a bit lower due to the internal resistance within the mod and atomizer, not sure how low.
