I just ordered two batteries the other day and they shipped today. Is there any way to get the discount code applied to the batteries? Also, for some reason i am not getting your emails for discount codes and such even though I am enrolled. Tried to enroll again and it says I already am. Checked spam email too and they arent dropping in there.

Battery Blitz is right! My PT which I ordered on Nov 30th has just blitzed on me! Do the PT not last long or what?? I'm PO'd at the moment!
At first I thought it was the carto (V4L), tried it on my manual; worked fine. Tried another carto, no luck on my PT. Took it to another computer and tried it there; no luck!
So what's the deal here??

The Passthroughs normally last longer than normal batteries, but as will all electronic components they do fail from time to time. Please submit a support ticket request and we will be happy to replace that for you.
