If you want to to go with the absolute cheapest Madvapes has the AD-103 for under 5 bucks. Might want to check into something with a little more capability like a charger that can handle 1 or 2 at a time same or different sizes with selectable voltage setting.
The cheapest might do you for now but if you ever get another mod you'll most likely need another charger, I'd recommend just getting one that could handle what you'll need now. Super T Manufacturing has the WF-188 under $16 which is one of the best prices I've seen on it. I've had that one since November and it's served me well.
