Battery Charger for a Sigelei 150 Watt Box Mod, is the Efest Luc V4 any good? What mAh is reocmmended to charge the batts at?

Hi guys,

can your recommend me a good charger and is it battery life wise recommended to charge them at 1mAh, 2mAh or 0,5mAh each?

I just noticed Not all charger can charge fully at 2mAh, it it better to get one that does? or is charging them at 0,5mAh while it takes longer the better way to restrain battery quality and life?

charge your 18650's at 1/2 amp.... 26650's at 1amp, never use the 2 amp feature, that is where the bad reviews of the LUC come from, my LUC4 is still working perfect after 7 mos...charge slow and easy for longevity of your batt.....the LUC is a fine charger, but when you upgrade look at the X-Tar VP, enjoy.

No, i haven't bought it yet. So just to confirm should I just get the xtar VP instead? And which one is better the VP2 or VP4?

Didn't knew that it's recommended for longevity to charge them slow. thanks

yep either one depending on how many batts you have, the slower the better for longevity....if you are in a hurry once in awhile you can charge your 18650's at 1amp but i would not make it a habbit......the LUC will bring back batts back to life that go below normal discharge level just in case....it never hurts to have more than 1 charger; personally i have several....just the point to make do not skimp on batts or chargers....enjoy my bro!
