So I've noticed while charging either my 510 batteries or my li ion 14500 batteries that when they get close to completing a charge the led starts rapidly blinking from red to green and back. Why is that?

not sure..I know my old kr808 batts do that on the charger but Im not to sure about my mod batteries..

Go to Amazon.com and buy a Kensington four-port USB charger.

That's just the charger putting the final charge on the batt without overcharging or overheating, I have several different ones that do that and they seem to charge the batt better than the ones that don't.

ok, I'm done, green light, test batt, eh, could use a little more, charge again, red light
ok, I'm done, green light, test batt, eh, could use a little more, charge again, red light
repeat until ok, NOW I'm done, green light.
