Battery charger returns

I've had a remarkably low number of product returns since I opened my store earlier this year, but of the returns I have had most of them have been chargers.

The Efest Xsmart chargers appear to be total junk, of the 10 or so I sold before I pulled them off the site, 3 had problems. The charge indicator is also very flaky and if you put a fully charged battery in the light will stay red for hours when it should go green.

Nitecores also seem problematic, I've had several of these returned, on one of them the fuse had exploded the first time the customer plugged it in.

I'm so very tempted to not sell them at all, but if I don't have them the customer will just go elsewhere.

Am I just unlucky or do you guys find the same thing?

Switched I've been looking at the Xtars but they are way more expensive than the Nitecores, is this simply the reality of it or should I try to find better suppliers? I'm going by Xtar's own wholesale pricing.

Yes they are, but their MSRP more than compensates for that. IMO folks cannot and should not skimp when it comes to chargers. Over the hundreds that I have sold I only had one return and that was a DOA. Got a replacement with my next order, no need for a return. My contact is xtar-light05 on skype.

You complained about the innordinate amount of returns, I merely led the horse to water my friend. I was the 1st vendor to bring them to north america. At the time my sales = 65% in the US, until Benz flodded the US market. Now they are everywhere. Ball is in your court good buddy :)
