battery / charger trouble

so my e-cig is only about 1 week old but I shure have put some miles on it already. I am having trouble charging. My charger is the USB style that came with my Smoking Everywhere PV from the mall. when I have the charger plugged in to the wall adapter the light is blue. when I screw on my battery the light on the e-cig flashes but the light on the charger will stay blue. If i remove them plug the charger back into the wall adapter the charger's light will go red but will switch back to blue after 15 mins or so. Anyone seen thbis before????

I haven't used this system. I hope someone with some experience can chime in soon to help you!

well I think have it working correctly now. Not really sure how I fixed it though except for plugging and un-plugging it a few dozen times. I also moved the usb charger from my iPhone wall wart to plugging it in directly to my PC. Maybe this had something to do with the cleaning cycle of the e-cig although that is not supposed to come on till after 1500 puffs.

Either way I am thinking of getting a manual PV that can give a bit more vapor and have a larger battery. Then maybe I'll just keep this one around for a spare.
