Will the battery charger that comes with the Indulgence
Indulgence Battery Charger [VJCH009] - $9.95 : VaporJunction, E-Cigarette Supply

Charge 17670 batteries?

Out put is 1.2v @ 350mAh / 3.7v @ 300mAh size should not be a issue it will charge a 18650 2600mAh @ 3.7v

Cool I figured as much but wasn't 100% sure I guess I'll find out soon enough hehe..

That charger should charge most batteries from 14500 to 18650 with no problems, but be warned that these Chinese chargers are failure prone. I generally try to keep at least 2 or 3 of them handy.
