Battery Charging Question

Do you think that the batteries on these units should be drained completely before recharging. I have a couple of batteries and sometimes at night before bed I want to recharge the one I had just used. It's usually only partially drained but I'm not sure if I should start to recharge it while it's still got a lot of life left in it

aparently the less you discharge a li-ion battery the less it's stressed and the greater number of recharges it will survive

Also, if you're going to store them do it at 40% instead of 100% - wow, never knew this stuff
